Adept Resource Solutions identifies, screens and presents Information Technology resources for direct-hire positions for a fee.  The fee depends on the approach that is best for you - either a Flat Fee or Retainer-Based Fee.  The screening process can be customized to meet your specific hiring needs.  

We primarily place people within the Information Technology realm including:

ERP   (PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards, BAAN)

CRM  (Seibel)

DBA  and DB Developers (DB2, Oracle, SQL)

Network Administration (UNIX, Windows, Linux)

End-User Support  (Help Desk, Tier 2 and 3)

Application/Web/Client-Server Development (VB, C++, .Net, ASP, J2EE, C#, XML)

Data Warehousing 

Business Analyst 

Project Managers

Functional or Technical Leads

How does it work?

Working with Adept is very simple.

Step 1:  Select the approach that works best for you - Flat Fee Approach or Retainer-Based Approach

Step 2:  Review and complete the Placement Services Agreement

Step 3:  Provide a job description and any other details that would aid in the screening process.  Forward that info to sales@adeptresourcesolutions.com or complete the online request form 

Step 4:  Adept will immediately begin to identify and screen the most appropriate candidates for the role.  As part of our screening process Adept will conduct a detailed interview along with 3 in-depth references.  If any additional screening is required, such as background checks, drug screens, etc., then it will be up to the hiring organization to facilitate them and they are not included in the flat fee.  

Step 5:  Adept will present the screened candidate(s).  Typically this process occurs within 48 business hours of the request.  

Step 6:  Client will review and more than likely request to interview the candidate(s).  If a face-to-face interview is desired for the candidate(s), arrangements and cost of travel are the responsibility of the hiring company and are not included in the flat-fee.  Orientations and follow-up discussions will be coordinated via the Adept recruiter.  

Step 7:  Once the client selects a resource to start, Adept will coordinate the arrangements with the candidate(s).  

Step 8:  New Hire will start on the desired start date.  Adept will remain in communication with the hiring manager to solicit feedback regarding the new hire's performance.

Step 9:  Adept will invoice client the appropriate fee.
