If you do not want to spend valuable time screening candidates, running ads, using expensive job boards, or just want to supplement your human resource effort, then Adept's service is perfect for you.  Gone are the days of 20%, 25% and even 30% fees.  Adept has two great ways to find the skilled resource you need:

Flat Fee Approach or Retainer-Based Approach

Regardless of which approach you chose, you can count on the following:

	No Up-front Costs (Flat Fee approach) - you pay only for the resources you hire

Flat Fee Approach:

In this approach, you never have to guess what you will pay because regardless of what skill level - you pay the same - $6,000.  Whether it is a UNIX Administrator, Oracle DBA, Business Analyst or Purple Squirrel, the fee never changes!  There is no up-front costs.  You pay only for the resources you hire.

Retainer Based Approach:

In this approach, you pay a Monthly Retainer of $1,000.  This retainer covers up to 5 requests for that given month.  Once retained, our team will provide recruiting services as outlined in your personal agreement.  If an Adept resource is selected, then the following fees will apply:  

          Salaries of up to $65,000 -  Fee = $3,500

          Salaries of over $65,000 -   Fee= $5,000
